October 2011!

Back on track!
Yes, so Zodd left the rest of the updating to me, I hope you don't mind :)
I've had the camera at hand a lot this month. And we've been on a few nice adventures as well.
This really is Zodd's time of year because the weather is cooler and the scent of TM ladies beginning their heat all over the world is in the air.
He's not missed that fact this year either, but at least he'll get lucky at the end of November, for the very first time! Let's wish for a successful date that will result in a whole pile of beautiful and healthy puppies.
It's really exciting that Zodd will add to the Tibetan Mastiff world (if everything goes well, that is)! Fingers crossed och håll tummarna!
I just hope Pomo will like him :)

Evening in our village Nogersund, down by the harbour.

Nightwatch!

Guardian of Nogersund!

Keep out of Zoddland!
Zodd loves the forest! He really loves it. And most of all he loves long, slow walks where that silly thing humans call time doesn't matter one bit. He likes strolling around, watching deer and smelling droppings.
We have about a fifteen meter long walk to get there, and then the woods stretch on for kilometers and Zodd likes the fact that people seem to have figured out that he's the king there and that trespassers are not welcome in Zoddland!
We almost never meet anyone on our walks and Zodd seems convinced that it's because he's the master of the trees, grass, leaves and bushes.
All those nights of barking have paid off. Excellent how that works!

The photos below are from a couple of different walks this month.

Cairnterrier fetish!
We also had a visit by the Cairnterrier Simon and his brother Linus.
Zodd is so fond of Cairnterriers It's almost silly.
When he was a puppy we spent a lot of time in a Cairnterrier kennel and he made friends with all the inhabitants there. They were so much fun to play with, and his very favorite part was when he got them really angry and they would jump for his face and nip him in the cheeks, haha!
He's a bit kinder nowadays but his love for the breed is just as strong.
Here's a few photos of him and his buddy Simon!
Enjoy!

Simon: "Zodd, my man, what are you doing? You look ridiculous!"
Zodd: "Well Simon, here's the thing - I can get up whenever I want, but you on the other hand are doomed to live out your days at this level and look this ridiculous for the rest of your life, haha brother!"

Life is great when it's shared with friends!
